Little Scotlynn came from St. George and with her came the cutest little props and accessories I've ever seen! My favorite was her Juicy Couture necklace, I was dying over how tiny and adorable it was. She was very VERY serious and watched me intently, and I can only imagine what was going through her little head as she watched me act like an idiot trying to get a smile out of her! :)

There's something I love about babies with chocolate chip eyes.....beautiful.

I have been taking this adorable family's pictures since Grace and Logan were babies. They started out as clients but now their mom is one of my good friends and I love her dearly. Just look at her four blue eyed beauties, they are so sweet and obviously beautiful!

Jill, you are an absolutely amazing mother. I know you are not a fan of cheesy-ness, but you are such an inspiration to me. Anytime I feel overwhelmed or a little crazy, I just think of what you've been through and how amazing and positive you are. Your children are insanely lucky to have you as their mom and I'm sure you feel the same about them being your children. I love you girl, keep up the amazing work. Now come get your pictures!

Here's what my kids have been doing every night for a few weeks. As soon as the sun is behind the hills, Ryan saddles up the pony and they talk turns riding him. I love this picture I got of them last night.

And HAPPY CANADA DAY!!! So sad I'm missing all the festivites. AGAIN. One year I'll make it back up there, I swear!

These two sweethearts from Las Vegas came one year ago for Adalyn's newborn pictures. Now Adalyn is running around with a mouthful of teeth and some beautiful blue peepers. At first she screamed bloody murder at me, and her mom and I were like, "oh crap." But after a while she warmed up and you would never guess that she wanted nothing to do with it!

I was pulling my hair out trying to narrow down a few pictures (and by a few I mean 20) of these two. Gracie was just way too willing to get her picture taken, even when we were taking pictures of Jaxson she was trying to be in all of them. It was so cute! We had to be fast with Jaxson because he was pretty good at getting away, but as always our efforts paid off. By the way, what three year old has hair like this?? I mean seriously!

Speaking of growing, she finally hit the 20 pound mark! Okay maybe not quite but close enough to graduate to the front facing car seat! YAY!

I took these when I was cleaning up after a session and the kids came down, all ready to go to the pool. Gracie got Saylor dressed, I'm telling you having a six year old around is like heaven!

So she learned to walk, but does this side knee scoot to get around. It's slow and painful looking, but that's how she prefers to travel I guess!

I always tell dads they aren't in the picture unless I warn them. But sometimes I lie and catch moments like this. A dad looking at his sweet daughter with pure love and amazement.

Just trying to catch up a little here! This was at the Lehi picnic in the park, where we listened to a singing talent show through a horrible sound system, played on the playground with four thousand other kids and had Root Beer floats while we froze our behinds off in the cold windy weather. Good times.

I hope everyone had an awesome Father's day weekend. We did nothing, and it was great. I didn't do a stitch of editing, Ryan didn't build a single thing, and we just hung out with the kids. We layed around, played the Wii, watched movies, played games, had lots of naps and enjoyed each other. I think we all needed it, we defintely get stuck in the rat race of working, doing errands, cooking and cleaning, and sometimes you just need to do nothing. It was such a great weekend.

But now it's back to shooting and editing, and I stole these shots from a session I did before the weekend began. I always love when Aspen comes to visit me for pictures, she is such a darling little girl. Even better is that she came with a new little sister, Kendyll and I had so much fun with them!

We went to Gardner Village last week to buy some candy, feed the ducks and just wander around. Thanks for coming Stacie and snapping this for me. I'm kind of sucking at this project as far as creativity, but just proud of myself for still going!

They were incredibly happy, insanely sweet and do I even need to mention BEAUTIFUL?

I'm so glad she let us go crazy with the pictures at the beginning, because when she woke up, she was sooooo done with us. Look at how beautiful she is. I couldn't get enough of that gorgeous hair!

I swear I blink and the newborns I've just photographed are back in for their six month/one year pictures. I really couldn't get over just how adorable these baby girls were. It took their mom, grandma and me a lot of blood, sweat and tears (okay just sweat) to get them to stay put, but as always the hard work is well worth it. I could post 50 more, but let's face it I'm already way overboard in the posting department.

SO the cake part was hilarious. I've never seen a baby go after the cake like Lydia did. She was shoveling it in at an alarming rate, while Samantha took a few tastes and wanted to get away from the mess fast. Their mom said it's exactly what happened at their birthday party, so I'm glad we were able to capture it!

Hmmm maybe Lydia's just tastes better.....

Maybe they are practicing their skiing moves?? We're not sure, but it sure was funny!

How could I not? Navy is the most precious, sweet baby girl with the biggest round blue eyes, and she belongs to my favorite people, Jeff and Monica. I know, she is killer cute.

Pretty soon Saylor and Navy will be running around together and I'm sure they will be the cutest little duo ever. Maybe just not today. haha

Holy cuteness. I have LOVED photographing Elsie since she was six months old, and now she has a little sister who is following in her footsteps and being a perfect little model. Halle was still learning to sit up so she was pretty tipsy, but she just kept dishing out the cute faces so we got tons. And tons. Like boatloads. As in a ridiculous amount of cute pictures. Ali you always bring the CUTEST stuff! And the cutest babies.

Wow I am way out of control lately on how many pictures I've been posting. Yikes. I could photograph these three sweeties all day long. They are so sweet and cooperative, and even though Presley barely cracked a smile last time, she worked it this time. I could just eat her little cheeks, she is so adorable!
