As I was editing each of these sessions, I kept thinking…wow this babies eyes are AMAZING! All three of these one year olds had the most stunning blue eyes, and I did nothing to enhance them except the overall editing of the picture. Pretty cool!
First up is little Maddix from New Mexico. I don’t think his mom would argue that his session was one disaster after another! haha just kidding Jamie! She had to reschedule his shoot because he was sick, and then on the way to my house her cake got smashed when it toppled off the seat of her car, then Maddix just hated anything I tried with him and getting a smile out of him was next to impossible. With all that transpired, it’s kind of a miracle that we got so many good ones of him! It really wasn’t hard, look how beautiful this baby boy is! Wow!

And here’s Danika from Washington, amazing eyes too and she was just so adorable. Getting her to keep anything on her head was a huge struggle for the whole shoot, but we managed to get lots of good ones before she ripped them off. Some babies don’t care about things on their heads, but others won’t give up until it’s off! Isn’t she too cute for words? I think so.

She was the most uninterested in her cake that I’ve ever seen. She had one taste and was out of there.

And last but of course not least is Crew. He would.not.smile. Like at all. His mom and grandma and I tried EVERYTHING. But we got nothing. His mom thought his session was a total bust. But I think these turned out so flippin’ cute, not to toot my own horn or anything, his piercing blue eyes are just so gorgeous, how can you not fall in love with him??

Wait, we did get a smile! Grandma gets a point for this one.

I got a lot of shots of his rear end. He had it figured out that I couldn’t take his picture if he wasn’t facing me. Nice.

PHEWSH! Can you even handle all these blue eyed babies??? GORGEOUS!
I think I’m going to balance it out with my almost black eyed baby. It’s so weird to look at hers after seeing so much color! Oh, when Ryan saw this picture, he asked me why I put all that make up on her…um what? I guess looking at it, it kind of looks like she’s wearing lipstick, but she isn’t. I don’t even own lipstick. There is something on her lips though, like drool or something…..haha.
