My adorable sister is 31 weeks pregnant with a baby boy. It’s bittersweet for me to see her getting ready to have her first baby, she has always been there for my kids and they have had her undivided attention. So that’s going to change when this sweet baby is born and it makes me a little sad. But we are so excited to meet him and I can’t wait to watch Brittany be a mom. She is the most creative little crafter you have ever seen, and has been making tons of cute hats, wraps etc for my studio. She can knit and crochet, just like a little old lady, and even though Kennedy and I mocked her heavily every time she got out her knitting needles, I am now begging her to make me things and wishing I knew how to do it too. Anyways, we took a couple of pictures of her and I hope to get more everytime she comes to visit me, since that’s every couple of weeks. I wanted to see what this cute Matilda Jane dress looked like on a pregnant person, and I have to say it’s pretty freaking cute. And no Britt, you can’t keep it. I love it too much.
She said the fan was drying her eyes out. Normally it’s not too much of a problem, but when your eyes are the size of teacups, well, it becomes a problem.
And if pictures are being taken, guess who’s there? And following directions perfectly, as always.
Remember when I did her bridals? It seems like it was just a few months ago but nope, it’s been almost 2 years. Let’s reminisce. (that only took 8 tries to get it spelled right)
She’s growing up so fast! I’m so grateful that she lives so close to me and that we get to share this baby raising part of our lives together. Who ever thought that three Canadian sisters would end up all living in Utah. I’m sure my mom wonders this everyday!
p.s.-we are going to go meet Kennedy next week for lunch. I repeat, we are going to meet Kennedy for lunch. On her mission. In Taylorsville, Utah. She says she has permission. We’re not asking any questions.
We can’t wait to see this face! (yes, Kennedy and Brittany do look alike, they are identical twins)

Sisters are great, aren’t they!? I wouldn’t trade mine for the world. Great shots using MJ; I’m currently 8 months pregnant and still wearing my MJ favorites–it just makes me love the company even more!

Way to make me cry first thing in the morning! And yes I am wondering how all of my beautiful daughters got so far away from me in Canada! I am dying to be with you when you “get to see”Kennedy”The only consolation is we are picking up Cannon from his mission on that very day! Keep it together! And when this madness ends, can you remind me I still haven’t got any of these done for my house! Thank you for posting this just for me right now when I need it, a homecoming, a wedding, and a baby all within a month!

Skye, seriously. I agree with mom, way to make me cry first thing in the morning. The pregnancy hormones don’t help alot with that either I guess…oh i’m so excited to see Kennedy with you next week! all the sisters together again! if Ken doesn’t settle down near us after the mish, i don’t know if i’ll be able to handle it. I love that picture of her you posted! she is so beautiful!! Now its time to get some updated ones of you to put on here!! Braces and all!

Emily now don’t be going and doing anything stupid…hahaaa! I can’t tell you how many times a day the thought crosses my mind about having another baby just so I can play with them in the studio. But then you have to raise them after that and these four keep me plenty busy!
You guys are so sweet, I feel like I’m still learning outside stuff and it seems to take so much longer to go on location which means time away from my kids. Maybe when they are older and are all in school!

I agree that you need to do more adult pictures, bridals, engagements, family, etc.! They were beautiful pictures, and you just are talented all around with photography. So never again will I believe you when you say you aren’t good with adults.
