I love this little girl so much. I don’t know what I would do without her. She may only be seven years old, but she helps me tons every day. I actually really hate it when she goes to school, since I don’t have her around to do little things for me. If I tell her to grab me a diaper for Saylor, she says, “it’s okay mom, I’ll change her!” She dresses Saylor in the mornings, puts her in her high chair and feeds her breakfast while I’m in the shower. When she gets home from school she takes Saylor up to her bedroom and they play for hours. One of Saylor’s first words (just barely too, since she finally decided to start talking) was Deecee for Gracie. When Gracie is practicing her dance, Saylor tries so hard to do all the same moves, it’s pretty entertaining. Gracie has even started putting Saylor on the little potty and sitting there with her until she goes, reading her books and singing songs to her. I think she’ll have her trained in no time! haha She is also so good to her brothers, most of the time. She reads to them in their beds every night, even though I tell them I can do it, they want Gracie. When she’s done she says, “okay mom, they are ready to get their backs scratched!” then she runs to her room to wait for her turn.
Recently we were walking in Target and I did a stupid little dance when we were listening to a toy that was playing music. She said, in a perfect Hannah Montana sort of way, “mom, don’t ever do that in public. Again.” And when I was taking these pictures of her, she asked me if I was going to do a post about her on my blog. When I said yes probably, she said, “you better not say anything embarrassing about me!”

Facts about Gracie….
She wears dresses every single day. She loves sushi. Her favorite snack is avocados with lime juice. She doesn’t like french fries or any pototoes for that matter. Her favorite movie is whatever the latest Barbie movie that’s out. She loves dancing and singing and is really good at both things. Her favorite colors are hot pink and orange, and those are the colors of her room. She is a night owl (wonder where she got that from) and sleeps late in the morning. She follows directions like no other, her teachers at school, dance and church say she is the best student ever. She does the same thing at home. She has the most contagious laugh you’ve ever heard, and has at least one episode of uncontrollable laughter a day. Listen to her cute laugh here.

She wanted to do a serious one, pretty good!

I told Saylor that it was Gracie’s turn to get some pictures taken, but she kept getting her little face in there. Like so…..

And one on Valentines Day, before we left for Church. Yes, this was the best one of Maguire.

You’ve got to watch the video below, it’s so funny.

P.S. because I also love all my other grandbabies can you please send me this most adorable shot of all 4 of them? It’s the one I have been waiting for you to take to put in that frame by my front door although I must vintage it just a little!!!It is perfect!
She sounds like a sweet heart! How nice it must be to have such a big helper around the house! Abbey tries to help with the baby, but it just makes Madison mad and leaves Abbey frustrated.
